We will attend site as soon as we can. Access will be assumed between 9 to 5 pm Monday to Friday (excl Bank Holidays). Please advise if this is not convenient or if a telephone call is required for access. Very limited access times may cause delays. Where applicable bear in mind some appliances will need to be turned off and allow to cool before they can be worked on. We also assume there will be parking immediately available to the site.
Unless you have a warranty, extended warranty or rental package, you will be charged for call out, labour (charged in 15 minute intervals) including diagnosis and other investigation time, and any parts fitted.
If we have to return to site a lesser RTS fee will be charged.
Unless you have a pre-approved account, payment will be due either prior or at the end of the engineers visit payable to the engineer by cash, card or bank transfer (verification of transfer will be required).
Where feasible, the engineer will attempt to identify parts and labour required whilst on site in order that a quote or partial can be assembled. The engineer will forward the quote to you via a job report or via email from the office. The quotation will need to authorised by email or to the engineer with a signature.
Labour prices are approximate and do not include previous works unless otherwise stated.
Parts are usually delivered to our premises within 3 days, however may take longer if not in stock. We are not always advised of this status.
Whilst we do attempt to anticipate further issues and problems, these may not be apparent until the above works have been completed. We will quote separately if further works are required.
Similarly, the fitting of new components may put a further strain on older components in the appliance and hence may fail.
Where feasible, in order to keep quotes competitive, we may attempt to source generic parts. If you do not wish generic parts to be fitted, please let us know.
